By engaging with Lapua Strike Force (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), clients agree to our standard operating procedures as mandated by PSIRA regulations. These terms apply to all services including, but not limited to, armed escorts, guarding, and VIP protection.
The Company is fully licensed and compliant with all South African policing and private security regulations. Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding the nature of goods transported or individuals protected to ensure full legal compliance during operations.
While The Company provides highly trained personnel and robust security measures, security operations inherently involve risk. Detailed liability clauses and insurance protocols will be stipulated in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed prior to engagement.
Service fees, retainer amounts, and ad-hoc call-out rates are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are strictly as per the signed SLA.
The Company maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client operations, transport routes, and personal details in accordance with our Non-Disclosure agreements and operational security (OPSEC) protocols.
